*Please note that this year we have
changed the move-in date as well as the show date to
help make the show even more of a success!
Move-in day is Wednesday, February 10,
2010, from 9:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M.
Large trees and plant materials may be at the Exhibit Hall
at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds at 8:30 A.M. for move-in.
Please note, the Hall has a ceiling
height of 15', so please remember that your large trees are
within the 14'-16' height range including the pot or root
ball. You may bring larger materials that can be
displayed at the front entrance to the Exhibition Hall.
The host hotel for this year's show will
be at The Omni Jacksonville Hotel, located at 245 Water
Street, Jacksonville, FL. Our popular reception will
be held at The Omni Hotel on Thursday, February 11, 2010, from 6:00
p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
We have reserved a block of rooms for the
show at the rate of $127.00 plus tax and parking. The
cut off date for this block of rooms is January 20, 2010.

Shuttle service will be provided on
Wednesday, February 10, 2010, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m,
Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Saturday, 8:00 a.m.
to 1:00 p.m.
Booth rates for a single booth is $275.00 each (area of 10'
x 10') and the cost of the end caps is $600.00 (area of 10'
x 20'). We will hold your previous booth location(s) until
December 15, 2009. After the deadline date, booths will be
assigned on a first come-first served basis. We encourage
you to reserve your booth prior to the deadline date.
